Eligibility and permitted use

Access to certain services on aerodirexzen is available only to individuals and entities that can lawfully enter into binding contracts. By using our services you represent that you have the legal capacity to form a contract and that you will use our services consistent with these terms.

Users must be at least 18 years old or otherwise permitted by law to enter into contracts in their jurisdiction. Minors should not submit personal or business data without parental or guardian approval.

You agree to use aerodirexzen only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. Prohibited uses include submitting false information, attempting unauthorized access, or using our content for illegal activities.

Services may be limited in certain countries due to local regulations. aerodirexzen operates from Thailand and provides services in accordance with Thai law and applicable international rules.

Account responsibilities

Some features require an account. You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and safeguarding access credentials.

Provide truthful and complete information when creating an account or engaging our services. Keep information up to date to ensure we can deliver services effectively.

Protect your account credentials and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We implement reasonable security measures but cannot assume liability for harm resulting from compromised credentials.

Accounts are personal and non-transferable without our prior written consent. Any attempt to transfer or sell an account may result in suspension.

If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact aerodirexzen immediately so we can take steps to secure your account and contribute unauthorised activity.

We may suspend or restrict account access if we reasonably suspect breaches of these terms, unlawful activity, or threats to platform security or other users.

Scope of services

aerodirexzen provides legal consultation, contract drafting and review, compliance advice, and related services tailored to IT businesses. Specific deliverables and timelines will be set out in engagement letters or service agreements.

We may modify services offered from time to time. Any material changes affecting an existing client engagement will be communicated directly and managed under the applicable engagement terms.

While we strive for consistent availability, access to the website and services may be interrupted for maintenance, updates, or for reasons beyond our control. We will seek to minimize service disruption.

User conduct rules

Users must follow these rules to help maintain a productive and secure environment:

• Do not submit malicious or illegal content, including malware or materials that infringe third-party rights.
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to aerodirexzen systems or other user accounts.
• Use professional and respectful communication when interacting with our team and other users.
• Do not misrepresent your identity, credentials, or intentions when using the platform.
• Comply with export controls, sanctions, and other activity or regulatory restrictions applicable to your transactions.
• Provide accurate information when engaging our services and keep us informed of material changes relevant to the engagement.
• Follow any additional rules posted on the site that govern specific features or promotions.

User content

You may submit information, documents, and other materials when using our services. By submitting content, you confirm you have the right to share it and that it does not violate third-party rights.

Clients retain ownership of materials they supply to aerodirexzen, subject to any license granted to us for the purpose of delivering services.

By submitting content, you grant aerodirexzen a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, copy, modify and process that content solely to provide requested services and to improve operations.

You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of your submissions. We do not verify all user-provided information; verify accuracy before uploading sensitive or confidential data.

We may refuse, remove or disable access to user content that violates these terms or applicable law. Where feasible, we will notify the submitting user of removal and the reason.

Intellectual property

All proprietary content on aerodirexzen, including text, graphics, logos, and templates, is owned or licensed by aerodirexzen. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our materials outside the scope of a granted license.

• Do not reproduce site content for commercial use without prior written permission.
• Do not remove or alter copyright, activity, or other proprietary notices.
• Report alleged IP infringement by contacting our team with sufficient details to contribute.

Paid services

Certain services on aerodirexzen are fee-based and will be provided under separate engagement agreements that outline scope, deliverables, and fees.

Pricing for paid services will be presented in proposals or on invoices. Fees reflect the complexity of work, time required, and any third-party costs.

Payments are due as specified in the engagement agreement. We accept the payment methods stated in the invoice. Late payments may incur interest as permitted by law.

Subscription services, if offered, will have recurring billing and specific cancellation terms provided at sign-up. Users are responsible for timely payment of recurring fees.

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis in accordance with the engagement agreement and applicable law. We will review refund requests fairly and respond promptly.

Clients may cancel services according to terms in the engagement agreement. Cancellation may result in fees for work already performed and any non-recoverable expenses.

Clients are responsible for any taxes associated with purchased services, including withholding taxes where applicable, unless otherwise stated.

We may update pricing for future engagements. Existing contracts will be honored according to their terms unless both parties agree to modifications.

Non-payment may lead to suspension of services and collection actions. We will provide notices and reasonable opportunity to cure payment defaults before escalating.

Disclaimer

Limitation of liability

Termination

Either party may terminate a paid engagement as set out in the engagement agreement. We may suspend or terminate access to free accounts or services for violations of these terms.

On termination, obligations that by their nature survive termination will continue, including confidentiality, payment of outstanding fees, and certain license obligations.

Privacy

Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to processing of data as described in that policy and to transfer of data where necessary to provide services.

Communications

We may send notices via email, postal mail to the address on file, or via in-app messages. Important legal notices may be sent through these channels, so keep your contact information current.

Changes to terms

We may update these Terms of Service. Material changes will be posted on the site with a revised effective date. Continued use after such changes indicates acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes will be resolved under the applicable legal framework of Thailand, unless parties agree otherwise in a signed engagement agreement.

Dispute resolution

We aim to resolve disputes informally. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be submitted to mediation or competent courts in Thailand as agreed in the engagement agreement.
